Forsworn Briarhearts are powerful NPCs found, unsurprisingly, in Forsworn encampments around Skyrim.
The Briar Hearts are placed in the Forsworn’s chest cavities, although they’re not particularly secure.
Doing so, of course, will immediately kill them Forsworn.
