For an external gadget thats this powerful, youre getting a lot of value for money here.
The average Amazon price were seeing is $284, so even from that, youre saving some coins.
On the other hand, theres no harm in futureproofing, even if you are just a hobbyist.
This capture card will record from any HDMI gadget, so its versatile even for PC players.
Its also worth mentioning that the new 4K144 recording features will only work with Windows through the AverMedia software.
If youre trying to get that to work through OBS or Streamlabs, youll struggle.
Similarly, if youre on a Mac, youll be limited to 4K60.
That was true before the latest firmware upgrade, but its even truer now.
Plus, its not often thebest gear for streaminggoes cheap - save some money while you could!
